company of BrainWorks Ventures Labs and will provide real estate
services for BrainWorks Ventures Labs and other member companies.
OfficeSpaceAtlanta.com is a new venture of commercial real estate
company Shaw & Associates that uses the Internet to connect
companies looking for office space with available real estate.
Shaw & Associates has also launched SubleaseAtlanta.com
and ExecutiveSuitesAtlanta.com to serve the two sub-markets in the
local real estate community.
BrainWorks Ventures Labs, a subsidiary of BrainWorks
Ventures, Inc. (OTC:BRAV), is a venture development company associated
with Georgia State University that provides start-up advisory consulting
and infrastructure services to companies emerging from GSU and entrepreneurs
at large.
Dr. Donald Ratajczak founded BrainWorks Ventures,
Inc. in 2000 after retiring as director of the Economic Forecasting
Center at Georgia State University, which he founded in 1973. BrainWorks
